Bubbles
Description
This project is an exploration of digital abstraction, materiality, and form through generative 3D design. The composition brings together a collection of sculptural objects that each experiment with texture, light, and geometry in unique ways. Metallic, glass-like, and soft organic surfaces interact within a pastel-toned environment, evoking a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere.
The work was created collaboratively by Laura Weixler, Nina Gleichweit, Vera Kogelnick, and Florian (Sound Design). While the visual dimension focuses on pushing the boundaries of digital form and color, Florian’s sound design complements the imagery with an auditory landscape, enhancing the immersive and experimental quality of the piece.
By combining diverse disciplines—visual experimentation, conceptual design, and sound—the project invites viewers to reflect on the relationship between the digital and the organic, the artificial and the natural.
